Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization
(should be some corporate entity named on original registration) up to 24 hours prior to
the first day of the event. All cancellations must be received in writing no later than
45 calendar days prior to the first day of the event to receive a refund less an
administrative charge of $300.00 per person. No refunds will be issued after 45 days
prior to the event. However, the registration fee less the administrative charge can be
credited toward another SSN event of similar value (registration must be received within
6 months of the event from which you cancel). Any price differential must be paid. In
case of conference cancellation, SSN's liability is limited to refund of conference
registration fee only. All SSN programs are subject to change and we reserve the right
to alter all programs without prior notice.
